Dan is a performance nutritionist who supports elite-level athletes to optimise their athletic potential. He has worked professionally with teams such as Sale Sharks, Warrington Wolves and England Touch. Dan's current as Academy Nutrition Lead focuses on health and performance across the U9 - U21s playing groups at Leeds United Football Club. He also works within the Independent School sector, educating aspiring athletes on the importance of sports nutrition, through his personal company DRN Nutrition. Dan's approach to nutrition is simple, evidence-based and food-first, focusing on utilising the latest nutrition research to support all athletes.
